AACUSS AGM 2025

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Atlantic Association of College & University Student Services will be held online on May 21sat 10:00 A.M. (ADT) / 10:30 A.M. (NDT). The AGM is an opportunity for AACUSS to discuss work completed over the last year and discuss amendments to the constitution & by-laws. Since elections for the new executive will take place in advance of the AGM, based on constitution changes approved last year, we will also be officially announcing the new Executive Committee at this time.

All amendments to the constitution & by-laws must be submitted to the membership with 30-days notice. Notification of any proposed changes for consideration at the AGM can be found by clicking AACUSS Constitution, Bylaws, and Process Document Package 

To conduct the business of the AGM, at least 20% of the membership must attend the meeting so please join us! Meeting instructions can be found here.
