In cooperation with the AACUSS planning committee and the Nova Scotia Alcohol Harms working group, Cape Breton University is pleased to host a free Pre-Conference Symposium to gather input and best practices related to the development of an Alcohol/Substance Harm Reduction framework for all Nova Scotia Post-Secondary Educational Institutions. While the symposium will be highly focused on the work planned for Nova Scotia PSE’s, other provincial counterparts are highly encouraged to attend and provide insights to what is working when it comes to this important topic. The afternoon is sure to produce valuable conversation and learning opportunities from one-another.
